What they need
4-5 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and identity services.
- Hands-on experience with patch management tools such as WSUS or SCCM.
- Experience with virtualization platforms - VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions such as Veeam Backup & Replication.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.
- Experience with server monitoring platforms and event log analysis.
- Exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and hybrid cloud environments is an advantage.
