Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Windows System Administrator with hands-on experience in managing Windows Server environments and supporting core infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate should be strong in troubleshooting, system maintenance, virtualization, and adherence to ITIL processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
• Perform server installations, upgrades, configuration, and ongoing support.
• Manage and troubleshoot VMware ESXi and vCenter virtualization platforms.
• Handle SCCM operations including software deployment, patching, and imaging.
• Perform Azure AD / IAM user administration such as onboarding, MFA setup, and policy management.
• Configure and troubleshoot FTP/SFTP services.
• Support day-to-day operations involving DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP network components.
• Develop or modify scripts using PowerShell or similar automation tools.
• Manage Office 365 administration tasks (users, groups, licenses).
• Work with Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions as part of regular operations.
• Follow ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management practices.
• Prepare and maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022).
• Good understanding of VMware ESXi/vCenter.
• Working knowledge of SCCM (deployment, patching, imaging).
• Experience with Azure AD / IAM operations.
• FTP/SFTP configuration and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• PowerShell scripting exposure.
• Familiarity with Office 365 administration.
• Knowledge of Backup & DR tools.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
