We’re on the hunt for fast, focused Cooks/BOH team members to join our Penrith team and help us pump out the wings, tenders, corn ribs and loaded fries our customers can’t get enough of.

This is a casual role with flexible hours to fit around your study, sport or side hustle. You'll be part of a small, fast moving kitchen team that takes pride in getting it right, every plate, every time.

What you’ll be doing

• Working as part of a small, fast paced kitchen team
• Communicating clearly with teammates and management
• Cooking using fryers
• Preparing sauces, garnishes and chicken
• Organising food deliveries, including FIFO stock rotation
• Saucing and garnishing menu items
• Following direction from the Head Chef and supervisors
• Following all Wingboy policies and procedures
• Opening and closing the kitchen using checklists
