Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 environments.
- Handle Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), and User Administration.
- Perform server provisioning, maintenance, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Manage VMware infrastructure, virtual machines, and virtualization operations.
- Administer Office 365, Azure AD, and identity management services.
- Monitor server performance, availability, security, and compliance.
- Handle Incident, Change, and Problem Management activities.
- Perform backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and server hardening activities.
- Support data center operations and infrastructure projects.
