- Advanced Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex issues related to Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and File Server.
- Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Group Policy Management: Design, implement, and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security and configuration settings across the organization.
- Scripting and Automation: Develop and implement scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
- Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with other teams and provide technical support to resolve complex issues. you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and advanced troubleshooting of Active Directory environments
- Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of our directory services
Responsibilities: - Architecture and Design:Design and implement complex Active Directory architectures based on business requirements and industry best practices
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing Active Directory structures
- Implementation and Configuration:Deploy and configure Active Directory domain controllers, forests, and domains
- Implement Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and ensure consistent policy application
- Security and Compliance:Enforce security policies and practices within the Active Directory environment
- Implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
- Advanced Troubleshooting:Provide L3 support for complex Active Directory issues
- Investigate and resolve authentication, replication, and other Active Directory-related problems
- Performance Optimization:Monitor and optimize the performance of Active Directory components
- Implement solutions to address performance bottlenecks
- Upgrade and Migration:Plan and execute Active Directory upgrades and migrations
- Implement strategies for seamless transition to new Active Directory versions
- Automation and Scripting:Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for Active Directory automation tasks
- Implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive processes
- Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Active Directory architectures, configurations, and procedures
- Update documentation to reflect changes and improvements
- Collaboration:Collaborate with other IT teams, including security, networking, and system administration, to ensure a cohesive IT infrastructure
