Three Train Studios is seeking passionate and creative interns to join our animation team! We are currently accepting applications for artists interested in contributing to our animated projects, Kingdom of Light, Beneath Her Mask, and Veil of Flame.

About Us

Three Train Studios is a Christian animation studio dedicated to creating meaningful, values-driven stories that bring light into darkness.

Our remote internship program provides aspiring artists with opportunities to gain hands-on production experience, develop their skills, and collaborate with a creative team.

Internship Details

• Type: Experience-based ONLY internship (flexible hours)
• Duration: 3–5 months
• Weekly Commitment: 8–15 hours
• Schedule: Approximately 2–5 days per week
• Holidays (non internship days)
• Location: Fully remote
• Start Dates: November 21–30, 2026 (flexible start date within this period)

Interns may select their preferred start date within the available timeframe.

Available Opportunities

We are primarily seeking artists to support our animation pipeline, including:

• 2D Animation
• Character Design
• Background Art & Design
• Storyboarding
• Animation Clean-Up & Touch-Ups

Additional creative and post-production opportunities may become available depending on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assigned creative and animation production tasks
• Collaborate with other artists and team members
• Follow production guidelines and project requirements
• Communicate progress, questions, and availability
• Review feedback and make necessary revisions

Requirements

• College-level experience (current student or recent graduate preferred)
• Resume required
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant artistic or animation skills required
• Basic understanding of the position you're applying for
• Reliable communication and ability to work independently
• Willingness to receive and apply constructive feedback
