Wire Harness Assembler

Our client in Minchinbury is a leader in industrial electrical, automation, and connectivity solutions. They are seeking a Wire Harness Assembler to join their team and help manufacture and assemble electrical wire harnesses and cable assemblies to high standards.

What you will be doing

• Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies to engineering drawings
• Carry out wire cutting, stripping, crimping, and terminating
• Perform labelling, bundling, and final assembly tasks
• Conduct inspections to ensure product quality
• Maintain accurate production records
• Report quality issues and material shortages promptly
• Keep workstations and tools clean and organised
• Follow safety and quality procedures

What we are looking for

• Experience in manufacturing or assembly work (electrical assembly experience desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and follow instructions and drawings
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Commitment to safety, quality, and production targets

• Casual hourly rate $35-$38 ph (dep on exp) + Super
