About Us

Quality Cable Systems (QCS) builds wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and box builds for OEM customers who depend on quality and reliability. Our work goes directly into equipment in the field, so getting it right matters.

We’re under new leadership and investing heavily in technology, people, and processes to take this business to the next level. We're modernizing how we operate, strengthening our quality systems, and building a team that takes pride in delivering great work.

We want QCS to be a destination workplace where people are respected, challenged, and given opportunities to grow. If you enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and seeing the impact of what you build, you'll fit right in.

We’re currently looking for Wire Harness Assemblers to join our growing team and help support the next phase of growth at QCS. Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or are looking to build a long-term career in production, we’re looking for people who are dependable, motivated, and take pride in doing quality work.

When will I start? Where will I be located?

What will I do?

You’ll work hands-on building wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and related products that go directly into equipment used in the field. This role is about learning core manufacturing skills, producing quality work, and building a long-term career within our production organization.

Day to day, you’ll assemble products using work instructions, drawings, hand tools, and production equipment. You’ll learn how to read and follow build documentation, identify quality issues, and ensure assemblies are completed accurately and efficiently.

You’ll work closely with Team Leads and experienced assemblers to build consistency and confidence in your skills while helping the team hit production and quality goals. Attention to detail matters in this role, as the products we build are critical to our customers’ equipment and operations.

You’ll also help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting packaging, labeling, and other production-related activities as needed.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, likes learning practical skills, and wants to grow within a manufacturing environment.
