Wireless Account Associate

Become the friendly face of wireless sales with First People Promotions. As a sales and business consulting firm, we're hiring a Wireless Account Associate in Chattanooga to serve as a tech ambassador, providing clear guidance and building customer confidence through every sales interaction.

As a Wireless Account Associate, you will work directly with customers to identify their needs, recommend wireless service solutions, and complete new service activations. You'll build product knowledge through comprehensive training while managing account updates, resolving customer inquiries, and creating a positive customer experience that drives long-term satisfaction.

Day-to-Day Duties of the Wireless Account Associate:

• Provide frontline support by addressing customer inquiries and driving sales for Verizon wireless plans and account updates.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing cell phones, recommending devices and plan options that fit their needs.
• Answer questions about billing, features, and device setup while keeping the conversation sales-focused
• Work alongside your team and leadership on sales to hit daily and weekly sales goals
• Track sales, customer conversations, and account updates accurately
• Present current Verizon promotions and upgrade options during every customer interaction
• Follow up on service or activation issues with internal teams to close the sale and complete the transaction

What We’re Looking For in a Wireless Account Associate:

• Experience working with customers (sales, retail, customer service, or tech support is helpful but not required)
• Comfortable talking to people, answering questions, and asking for the sale
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate customer records.
• Organized, dependable, and able to keep up in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
