Oakridge Client Solutions is hiring a Wireless Associate to join our growing in-person team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service. As a Wireless Associate, you'll help customers explore AT&T wireless and solutions while building valuable experience in communication, customer support, and professional development.

As a Wireless Associate, you'll interact directly with customers to answer questions, explain available AT&T products and services, and assist them in selecting solutions that best fit their needs. We provide comprehensive training, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to launch a career in customer service, retail, or wireless communications. No prior experience is required.

Key Functions of the Wireless Associate

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional experience during every interaction.
• Educate customers about AT&T wireless and internet products, services, and current offers.
• Support new account activations, service updates, and customer onboarding.
• Answer customer questions and provide knowledgeable guidance regarding available products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete required documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed on new products, technology, and customer service best practices.
