Wireless Associate

Synergy Point MGT is a sales and development firm, and we need a Wireless Associate who's ready to represent something that genuinely matters. This role exists because too many customers still lack reliable mobile phone service, and the Wireless Sales Associate will be the person who changes that, one conversation at a time.

As a Wireless Associate, your training begins with understanding that for our customers, a phone isn't just a phone; it's a lifeline to jobs, healthcare, and family. The Wireless Associate will then meet in person with customers who other providers have turned away, and show them that staying connected doesn't have to be complicated or expensive.

Responsibilities of the Wireless Associate

• Connect with customers in person by identifying their wireless needs and recommending affordable mobile solutions that support everyday communication.
• Create engaging in-person sales experiences by helping customers compare mobile plans, devices, and service options based on their priorities.
• Simplify the in-person enrollment and sales process by reviewing service selections and ensuring customer information is complete and accurate.
• Build customer confidence by presenting mobile solutions clearly, transparently, and in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Promote additional mobile services that improve customer value while supporting overall sales performance.
• Help exceed team sales goals by combining customer-first service with consultative wireless sales expertise.

Qualifications of the Wireless Associate

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Genuine passion for sales, telecommunications, or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility.
• Comfortable working in a sales-oriented retail or customer-facing environment.
• Professional and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Pay: $49,500.00 - $58,000.00 per year
