Wireless Customer Associate (Entry-Level)

As a Wireless Customer Associate representing Verizon, you'll meet customers in person and run sales demos of Verizon's top smartphones, 5G wireless solutions, and multi-line data plans. With comprehensive sales training, you'll learn to assess customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales with confidence. This isn't just a sales job. What You'll Do as a Wireless Customer Associate:

• Meet customers in person to introduce Verizon smartphones, wireless plans, and data options that fit their everyday needs
• Build customer relationships by understanding each person's preferences and recommending the right Verizon solutions
• Lead clear, approachable sales demos that help customers make informed decisions
• Help customers with device selection, plan comparisons, and account enrollment throughout the sales process
• Identify opportunities for new lines, upgrades, and add-on services that bring customers real value
• Stay current on Verizon devices, promotions, and plan options so your recommendations stay sharp

What We're Looking For in a Wireless Customer Associate:

• A strong interest in sales, customer service, or telecommunications
• Goal-oriented and motivated to reach individual and team sales goals
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, in-person sales environment
• A willingness to learn Verizon products, promotions, and sales strategies
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required
