Wireless Enrollment Representative

Crow & Stone Business Group partners with AT&T to deliver outstanding customer service and account support. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Wireless Enrollment Representatives. This role is designed for those eager to learn, grow, and build a career in customer relations and account management.

As a Wireless Enrollment Representative, you will be the face of our AT&T campaign; you are essential in shaping the customer experience. Your interactions directly influence how customers perceive the brand and their decision to engage with our services. This role helps drive customer acquisition and satisfaction, which are key to the success of both our team and our clients.

Your responsibilities include:

• Represent AT&T products and services to customers, providing clear and engaging explanations of offerings while delivering exceptional customer support that reflects our commitment to quality.
• As a Wireless Enrollment Representative, you will assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and troubleshooting to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, treating every interaction as an opportunity to elevate customer support standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T promotions, plans, and features to accurately inform customers, ensuring customer support is both knowledgeable and reliable.
• Support account managers by updating customer information, processing service changes, and ensuring accurate documentation, contributing to a seamless customer support experience.
• As a Wireless Enrollment Representative, you will build strong relationships with customers by delivering friendly, professional service and follow-up support, reinforcing the importance of consistent customer support in driving long-term success.
• Help promote AT&T products and services, providing customers with information on new offerings and assisting with upgrades.
• Work alongside account managers and team members to achieve campaign objectives and deliver an excellent customer support experience.

Here’s What We Need in a Wireless Enrollment Representative

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience is a plus.
• Prior Experience in Sales, Marketing and customer service is an advantage for this Wireless Enrollment Representative position
• Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with customers and team members.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences
• Resourceful and proactive in resolving customer concerns.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
• For this Wireless Enrollment Representative, being team-oriented and willing to collaborate and contribute to group success is an advantage.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
