Wireless Installation Member

As a member of the Install Team, you will be working within the team to install ERCES, BDAs, DAS and Cellular Systems. These systems are critical for public safety and require attention to details. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, willingness to learn, a commitment to safety, adhering to code compliance, and a passion for ensuring seamless communication for our clients.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Ability to perform required install tasks

• Basic technical knowledge and skill set with a willingness to learn and grow

• Team player and member

• Strong initiative and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills, customer-focused attitude, and a commitment to customer success

• Based in the Miami area

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for on-site work

• Valid documentation and authorization to work in the U.S

Good to Have:

• Bilingual, Spanish and English

• Knowledge of electrical and building codes

• Knowledge of or exposure to RF principles, signal boosters or antenna systems.

• University or trade school degree.

• Familiarity with applicable codes and standards (NFPA, FCC regulations).

• Ability to read and interpret construction plan drawings, to identify system components and effectively navigate within a building.

• Knowledge in low voltage installations and access control a plus.
