You’ll engage with customers, break down internet options without the fluff, and help customers upgrade to a connection that keeps. As a Wireless Representative, you'll meet our customers personally, explaining the benefits of Quantum Fiber's internet services. This position highlights the importance of curating personalized plans that best fits their needs and lifestyles for every customer.

Responsibilities of the Wireless Representative

• Present Quantum Fiber as a reliable solution for customers seeking smoother streaming, stronger connectivity, and consistent online performance.
• Build customer-focused sales experiences by identifying household internet challenges and recommending personalized Quantum Fiber solutions.
• Help customers compare Quantum Fiber internet options using clear, non-technical explanations designed to simplify the sales conversation.
• Coordinate customer support throughout the sales process, helping ensure a smooth transition to Quantum Fiber internet services.
• Reinforce customer trust by offering reliable follow-up assistance that helps households feel supported throughout the Quantum Fiber sales experience.
• Support sales momentum by sharing insights with Wireless Representatives to improve sales strategies and service recommendations.

Qualifications of a Wireless Representative

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable discussing Quantum Fiber’s services and home connectivity options.
• Strong problem-solving and listening skills that support positive service experiences.
• Ability to thrive in sales-focused environments centered around internet connectivity.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $56,600.00 per year
