Next Developments is growing our Mandan, ND team and seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join us as Wireless Sales Associates. This full-time, on-site position is a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in wireless sales, customer service, telecommunications, customer relations, account support, and business development.

As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers to understand their wireless and connectivity needs, explain available products and service options, and help them select solutions that fit their needs and budget.

Wireless Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers throughout Mandan and the surrounding area
• Learn about each customer's wireless, internet, and connectivity needs
• Explain available wireless products, services, plans, promotions, and account options
• Recommend service options based on individual customer needs
• Answer questions and provide accurate product and service information
• Assist customers with new services, account enrollment, and service selections
• Build positive relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide professional customer service throughout the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate customer and account information
• Stay informed on current wireless services, promotions, and campaign updates
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
• Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be available for a full-time, on-site position
• Must currently reside in Mandan, Bismarck, or the surrounding area
• Reliable transportation is required
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, restaurants, retail, sales, or other customer-facing positions is helpful but not required
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required

Previous wireless or telecommunications experience is not required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help new team members build confidence, strengthen their communication skills, and develop professionally.
