As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will help customers find the best phones, plans, and accessories while working in a positive and energetic environment. No experience? That’s okay — we provide paid training and help you succeed.

We are currently hiring for multiple locations throughout Palmdale and Lancaster, California. Candidates should have reliable transportation and be flexible to work at different store locations within these areas based on business needs.

Available Store Locations

We are hiring for the following Metro by T-Mobile locations:

• Palmdale, CA
• Avenue S – Palmdale, CA
• Lancaster, CA
• Challenger – Lancaster, CA
• Avenue J – Lancaster, CA
• Valley Central Way (VCW) – Lancaster, CA

Location Flexibility: Applicants must be willing and able to work at different store locations throughout the Palmdale and Lancaster areas. Store assignments may vary depending on staffing needs, scheduling, and business operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Interested in phones and mobile technology
• Organized and dependable
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend and holiday availability
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at multiple store locations
• Willingness to travel between stores in the Palmdale and Lancaster areas when needed
• Team player with a desire to grow

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly pay starting at $17–$20 per hour, depending on experience
