Wireless Sales Associate

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable wireless products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features, plans, and accessories effectively.
• Assist customers with technical questions, troubleshooting, and device setup procedures.
• Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments via POS systems.
• Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight current promotions and new products.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, maintaining phone etiquette, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with product replenishment.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and contribute to a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related customer service roles is preferred.
• Technical sales experience with mobile devices, accessories, or telecommunications products is highly desirable.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts or totals.
• Familiarity with merchandising principles, POS systems, and cashiering procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver product demos confidently and clearly explain technical features.
• Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor and phone etiquette.
• Organizational skills necessary for maintaining store presentation standards and stock levels.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
