Wireless Sales Associate

Redrocks Sales Group, a sales and development firm, is seeking a Wireless Sales Associate to lead our mission of connecting Phoenix with Quantum Fiber. You’ll learn to lead a team of sales professionals and foster a culture of excellence. The Wireless Sales Associate’s ability to lead with drive will ensure our customers receive the best service and the fastest internet possible.

As a Wireless Sales Associate, you’ll picture yourself as the mentor you always wished you had. Our sales and leadership development program is designed to take you from trainee to trusted guide. After training, the Wireless Sales Associate will then lead a sales team in the fast-paced world of fiber internet, focusing on high-volume sales without losing the personal touch.

• Demonstrate strong sales conversations that show sales associates how to introduce Quantum Fiber naturally and confidently.
• Mentor new sales team members by helping them build confidence in recommending Quantum Fiber plans.
• Review team progress and share practical, encouraging feedback that helps boost daily sales performance.
• Coordinate daily outreach to keep the team focused on meaningful customer interactions and Quantum Fiber promotion.
• Model effective selling by showing teammates how to match Quantum Fiber solutions to real customers' needs in a relatable way.
• Align team priorities with Quantum Fiber’s sales goals through clear communication and collaborative planning.

Job Overview:

• Type of job: Full-Time, Monday-Saturday, 40-50 hours per week.
• Compensation: Training paid, after training its hourly + commission. Wireless Sales Associates are paid a minimum of $16 hourly + $70 per new customer they enroll into a fiber plan. Each Representative is expected to enroll a minimum of 10 new customers per week. Average paycheck is $800-$1200 weekly.
• Client: We work with Lumen, supporting them in enrolling new customers to their Quantum Fiber internet services.
• Location: The Wireless Sales Associate will come to our office daily in Phoenix, and then go out to assigned locations in the surrounding Phoenix areas.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
