Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless technology needs through engaging conversations and active listening.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through interactive product demos, highlighting key functionalities to enhance customer understanding.
• Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including operating cash registers, handling cash and card payments, and accurately managing cash drawer operations.
• Upsell complementary products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Maintain organized stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising products attractively, and ensuring inventory accuracy through regular stock checks.
• Provide exceptional phone etiquette when answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, or assisting remote customers to foster positive relationships.
• Support store operations by performing basic retail math calculations for transactions, managing retail store product knowledge, and ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures.

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments, preferably with supervising or leadership responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits in bilingual settings if applicable.
• Demonstrated proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems, cash register operations, and retail math calculations.
• Skilled in conducting product demos that effectively showcase wireless devices and accessories to customers.
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques to create appealing displays that attract customer attention.
• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during retail transactions, stocking, and customer interactions.
