Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless technology needs through active listening and engaging conversations
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various wireless devices and accessories
• Assist customers with selecting the right plans, devices, and accessories, ensuring they understand options clearly
• Upsell additional products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales goals
• Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring product availability
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cashiering and cash handling duties
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or in person, ensuring clear and professional interactions

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or electronics environments
• Supervising experience is a plus for candidates interested in leadership opportunities
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions, inventory management, and sales tracking
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising, stocking, and retail math principles
• Experience in grocery store or retail sales environments is advantageous but not mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to handle cashiering duties accurately and maintain professional phone etiquette
