Pay Range: $16.90– $25 per hour (based on performance)

Hours: 5–7 hours per day, including some weekends

Location: Various outdoor locations

Job Overview:

We’re looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Associates.

This is a low-stress, straightforward position perfect for someone who enjoys being outdoors

and talking to people.

Responsibilities:

● Work outdoors in assigned areas (parks, events, storefronts, neighborhoods, etc.)

● Approach and talk to people in a professional and friendly manner

● Educate customers about our services/products and answer basic questions

● Meet simple daily or weekly goals (no high-pressure quotas)

● Report your activity at the end of each shift
