Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless technology needs through active listening and engaging conversations
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device features, accessories, and service plans effectively
• Assist customers with selecting suitable phones, plans, and accessories, ensuring they understand all options
• Upsell additional products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales goals
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure stock levels are replenished regularly
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting remote or in-store inquiries and support customer service efforts at all times

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within a grocery store or electronics environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical features clearly and confidently
• Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities in a retail setting
• Ability to perform basic math for transactions, inventory counts, and sales calculations
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively
• Knowledge of merchandising, stocking practices, and product demos enhances your ability to succeed in this role
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions with clients
• Familiarity with retail math concepts such as sales tracking and inventory management
