What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and confidently identify their wireless needs through thoughtful conversations.
• Present wireless devices, accessories, plans, and services while clearly communicating features and benefits.
• Drive sales by recommending solutions that align with customer preferences and priorities.
• Create opportunities to upsell and cross-sell complementary products and services.
• Process purchases, payments, and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to answer questions and support informed purchasing decisions.
• Deliver professional customer service while building trust and encouraging repeat business.
• Support merchandising, product presentation, and an organized retail environment.
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales or retail experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• A confident, customer-first approach with a genuine interest in technology.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and communicate value effectively.
• Strong phone etiquette, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous.
