Wireless Sales Representative

As a Boost Mobile Sales Representative, you’ll help customers choose phones, wireless plans, accessories, and services that fit their needs. You’ll explain options and pricing clearly, complete activations and upgrades, and provide patient, helpful service. You’ll also make daily outreach calls, welcome potential customers outside the store, and work with your team to meet store goals. Other responsibilities include handling payments and inventory, keeping the store clean and organized, and completing opening or closing tasks when assigned.

Responsibilities

* Assist customers with phones, plans, upgrades, and activations.

* Recommend accessories, protection plans, and additional services.

* Meet individual and store sales goals.

* Complete a minimum of 20 outbound customer calls per shift.

* Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.

* Complete opening, closing, inventory, and daily operational tasks.

* Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally.

Qualifications

* Sales or retail experience preferred (wireless experience is a plus).

* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* Reliable, punctual, and coachable.

* Comfortable using computers and smartphones.

* Weekend availability required.

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commission, paid training, employee discounts, and opportunities for advancement.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
