Are you energetic, customer-focused, and eager to earn? Join our local Metro by T-Mobile team in Bonners Ferry at our new location! As a Wireless Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our brand, helping neighbors stay connected with the best mobile plans, smartphones, and accessories.

Whether you're helping someone pick out their very first smartphone, troubleshooting an issue, or setting up a family plan, your goal is to deliver a great experience every time someone walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

Drive Sales: Proactively assist customers in finding the right phones, service plans, and accessories to meet their needs and hit monthly sales goals.

Deliver Great Service: Provide friendly, knowledgeable service that keeps customers coming back.

Master the Tech: Stay up-to-date on the latest smartphones, features, and Metro by T-Mobile promotions.

Keep Things Running Smoothly: Handle cash and card transactions, process new activations, assist with inventory, and keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.

What We’re Looking For

Communication Skills: Able to explain technology and plans in simple, clear terms.

Driven & Goal-Oriented: Motivated by sales targets and earning potential.

Reliable: Punctual, dependable, and ready to work flexible hours.

Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!
