Looking for a fun, fast-paced job with flexible hours and great earning potential? We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Wireless Sales Associates for multiple Metro by T-Mobile locations throughout North San Diego County.

As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will help customers find the best phones, plans, accessories, and mobile solutions while working in a positive and energetic environment.

No experience? No problem! We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Locations Hiring

We are currently hiring for the following locations:

• Escondido: 1440 S. Escondido Blvd, Suite A, Escondido, CA
• Vista: 1120 N. Santa Fe Ave, Suite J, Vista, CA
• Oceanside: 650 Douglas Dr, Suite 107, Oceanside, CA 92058

Location Flexibility: Applicants should have reliable transportation and be comfortable working at different Metro by T-Mobile stores throughout Escondido, Vista, and Oceanside based on business needs and scheduling requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Interested in phones and mobile technology
• Organized, dependable, and customer-focused
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at nearby store locations
• Team player with a desire to learn and grow
• Must be 18 years or older
