Join a global engineering team developing next-generation C-V2X technology that connects vehicles with other vehicles, infrastructure, and connected devices.

This highly visible role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, giving you the opportunity to lead a critical customer program, work directly with client stakeholders, and help bring cutting-edge connected vehicle technology to production.

Who you are:

• 10+ years of hands-on embedded C/C++ development across Linux and/or RTOS environments.
• Proven technical leader who still enjoys coding, debugging, integration, and solving complex problems.
• Strong background in C-V2X, LTE/5G, vehicle connectivity, wireless systems, or connected vehicle platforms.
• Confident communicator who can lead customer discussions and work seamlessly with global engineering teams.

What you’ll do:

• Take technical ownership of a high-profile connected vehicle program for a major Bay Area customer.
• Serve as the key technical bridge between the customer and Sigma’s engineering team in Lund, Sweden.
• Stay hands-on across development, vehicle integration, debugging, validation, and production delivery.
• Drive requirements and execution across C-V2X, connectivity, security, ADAS interfaces, and cloud/backend integration.

What does this position pay? The expected range for this role is $160,000-$190,000 per year.
