What they need
About the role
Provide on-site support for enterprise Wi-Fi and network services.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor network equipment and perform daily health checks
- Handle user enquiries and tier 1 troubleshooting
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement and maintenance
- Maintain event logs and support documentation
About you
- 2+ years of Wireless / Network Support experience
- Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi, Router, Switch and Network Troubleshooting
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
- Willing to work shift hours (16:00 – 00:00)
