Step 9 Strategies is hiring an entry-level Wireless Team Member to join our wireless sales team in Thomasville, GA and nearby communities. As a Wireless Team Member, you will meet customers face-to-face, introduce them to our campaign’s award-winning fiber plans, and grow your career through real connections and measurable sales success.

Responsibilities of the entry-level Wireless Team Member

• Engage customers in person across Thomasville and surrounding areas, presenting wireless internet with clarity and enthusiasm
• Generate new sales daily through consistent outreach in your territory
• Represent Kinetic with professionalism, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our brand values
• Contribute to shared entry-level sales goals by showing up prepared and accountable
• Document customer interactions and sales activity accurately for clean reporting
• Participate in training sessions and sales workshops to strengthen product knowledge and grow as an entry-level Wireless Team Member

Qualifications of the entry-level Wireless Team Member

• High school diploma or GED preferred, full training provided for this entry-level role
• Comfortable meeting customers face-to-face and starting genuine conversations
• No prior sales experience required, just a coachable attitude and drive to grow
• Team-oriented and dependable, ready to contribute to collective entry-level sales success
• Self-motivated with the determination to hit personal sales targets and embrace growth opportunities
