We are hiring a full-time Wireless Team Member to join our team supporting our Verizon Wireless campaign. We're looking for a friendly, motivated professional who enjoys working with people and wants to build experience in customer engagement and sales.

You'll work directly with customers, learn about their needs, explain available wireless solutions, and help create a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Do as a Wireless Team Member

• Welcome and engage customers with a friendly, professional approach that creates a positive experience.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend Verizon Wireless products and service options that fit their preferences.
• Present product features, benefits, and available services in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
• Answer customer questions, address concerns, and provide accurate information throughout the interaction.
• Guide customers through enrollment, account setup, and other related service processes.
• Maintain an organized, professional customer experience while following company guidelines and service standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to support daily customer engagement, sales performance, and team goals.
