What they need
- Supervise daily electrical works at construction sites.
- Carry out installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
- Install and terminate electrical cables, distribution boards (DB), Main Switch Boards (MSB), Sub Switch Boards (SSB), and electrical panels.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and project specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate electricians, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on time and with good quality.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Clients.
- Conduct electrical testing and commissioning before project handover.
- Prepare basic site reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment at site.
