Wiring Assembly Supervisor

Position: Wiring Assembly Supervisor
Company Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Binalonan, Pangasinan
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Php 22,000 – Php 27,000 Gross
Work Setup: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• At least 1 year of experience supervising and managing a team.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar supervisory position, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor production expenses and implement measures to maintain cost efficiency.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily production operations.
• Lead and supervise production engineers and ensure proper task execution.
• Work closely with engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Identify production line issues, recommend appropriate solutions, and provide necessary training to team members.
