Education: BE/B Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical or Automotive Engineering

• Expertise in CATIA V5 Electrical for 3d wiring harness routing
• Extensive design experience of Electrical routings & packaging
• Expertise of Electrical components packaging and integration (Bracket design)
• Clash analysis, DMU
• Expertise in design of clamps, brackets, panels, grommets, seals, fuse box & channels for wiring harness at desired locations.
• Knowledge of DFMEA
• Knowledge of Info fitment drawing preparation.
• Selection of proper retention items (e.g. retention clips, cable ties, etc.) while 3D model routing.
• Selection of harness coverings e.g. conduit, tape, premium sleeving, etc.) based on 3D model routing and packaging and surrounding geometry.
• Release in PLM
• ECN management.
