Wiring Staff (Panel Listrik)

About the role

This role involves performing wiring work on Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) electrical panels in accordance with technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and applicable standards. The position requires reading, understanding, and interpreting Singlee Line Diagrams (SLD), schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, and terminal connection diagrams to ensure accurate installation and cabling of panel components.

Key responsibilities

• Perform wiring and cabling of LV and MV electrical panels according to technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and applicable standards
• Read, understand, and interpret Singlee Line Diagrams (SLD), schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, and terminal connection diagrams
• Install and cable panel components including circuit breakers, protection relays, metering devices, CT, PT/VT, terminal blocks, auxiliary contacts, and other control components
• Ensure cable routing, cable numbering, cable sizing, terminals, and inter-component connections match technical drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Understand and apply wiring diagrams with international standards and technical drawings from various countries
• Inspect wiring results to ensure connection accuracy, installation neatness, and compliance with project specifications
• Perform continuity tests and cable connection inspections, and assist with electrical testing according to applicable procedures
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality Control (QC), and Production teams to resolve technical issues during panel assembly
• Identify discrepancies between technical drawings and actual field conditions and report them to supervisors or the Engineering team
• Ensure work is performed according to occupational safety and health standards (K3), work procedures, and established production targets

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2–3 years of work experience as a Wiring Staff in electrical panel manufacturing companies
• Able to read and understand Singlee Line Diagrams (SLD) for LV and MV panels
• Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematic diagrams, and electrical technical drawings from various countries or international standards
• Understanding of LV and MV electrical panel components, including function, installation, and control and protection connections
• Understanding of basic control systems, protection circuits, electrical measurement, and auxiliary circuits in electrical panels
• Basic troubleshooting capability for connection errors and wiring problems
• Understanding of electrical work tools and electrical measuring instruments such as multimeters and continuity testers
• Understanding of electrical safety standards and K3 implementation in production environments
