Wiring Technician

Bala Consulting Engineers, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Wiring Technician to assist with wiring installation, equipment connections, and technical project support. The ideal candidate follows technical instructions carefully and prioritizes quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, route, and organize wires and cables
• Assist with electrical wiring and equipment connections
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical instructions
• Inspect connections and identify wiring issues
• Use hand tools and testing equipment safely
• Maintain organized work areas and follow safety procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical training preferred
• Electrical or wiring experience is an advantage
• Ability to read basic wiring diagrams
• Familiarity with hand tools and testing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work with a team
