Task Summary

Hi, I’m looking for help building a complete private art tutoring page and booking system on my existing Wix website, Miss Jenny’s Studio.

The system is for live, one-to-one online art lessons for children ages 8–13. Parents should be able to choose an age group, art medium, payment option, teacher and first lesson time.

Please review the requirements below and explain how you would build each part in Wix. The landing page has already been built and we are looking for someone to complete the backend.

I am looking for someone for the initial set up paid with a flat fee and monthly maintenance with and hourly rate.

• Placement Form - For VIP Customized Packages
• Email automation

Customer Booking Journey

The parent should:

• Choose ages 8–10 or ages 11–13.
• Choose Drawing, Digital Art or Animation.
• Choose one of the three payment options.
• See only teachers qualified for that age group and medium.
• Select a teacher.
• Select the first available 50-minute lesson time.
• Pay online.
• Complete a placement questionnaire.
• Upload two or three artwork samples, if available.
• Receive their placement result, lesson details and materials or software list.

• How would you build our journey—select age group and medium, choose a qualified teacher and time, pay, then complete a placement form—using Wix Bookings, Pricing Plans, Forms and Automations? Which parts would require Velo or a manual process?

• How would you ensure that monthly learners remain with their initially selected teacher, package credits deduct correctly, and parents never see teachers who are unqualified or unavailable for the selected service?
