WMS Executive

About the role

We are seeking a talented WMS Executive to join our dynamic team at Servay Evergreen Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring efficient and seamless operations within our distribution network.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Warehouse Management System
• Analysing system data and generating reports to identify opportunities for process optimisation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement warehouse workflows and inventory management strategies
• Providing training and support to warehouse staff on the effective use of the WMS
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or system errors that may arise
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in warehouse management
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar WMS or warehouse management role
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and experience with implementing and managing Warehouse Management Systems
• Proficient in data analysis and report generation to drive process improvements
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and training skills to support warehouse staff
• Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices in warehousing and logistics
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
