​At Riverbend Building Supply, we manufacture wall panels, roof and floor trusses, Utilizing automated manufacturing equipment, computerized linear saws, and high-quality materials, we deliver structural building packages that streamline construction across Manitoba and beyond.

​Position Summary

​We are looking for dedicated Automated Wall Line & Saw Operators to join our offsite manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate computerized linear cut saws (such as Hundegger Turbo-Drive) and automated wall production machinery (such as Randek wall lines).

​You will be responsible for cutting, component building, and assembling engineered wall panels in a fast-paced, indoor manufacturing environment.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Linear Saw Operation: Load raw lumber, set up cut batches via computerized controls, and operate saws to perform high-speed angle cutting and inkjet part labeling.
• ​Automated Assembly & Fastening: Operate automated wall framing tables, clamping systems, and multi-function nailing bridges to assemble interior and exterior wall panels.
• ​Material Kitting & Staging: Sort, label, and kit precision-cut studs, plates, headers, and blocking onto staging carts organized by wall panel ID for seamless line assembly.
• ​Sheathing & Finishing: Apply and fasten sheathing materials (OSB, plywood, gypsum) and routing openings per computerized path layouts.

​Qualifications & Skills

• ​Measurement Accuracy: Proficient with tape measures.
• ​Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, perform continuous physical handling of lumber, and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• ​Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, and reliable in a high-throughput production setting.
