Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and creative WordPress & Elementor Developer with strong design sensibilities and technical expertise to develop, customize, and maintain modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor Pro, along with the ability to translate design references, Figma files, and business requirements into visually appealing, high-performing websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize websites using WordPress and Elementor Pro.
• Create responsive website layouts compatible with desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Develop web pages based on Figma designs, reference websites, screenshots, and business requirements.
• Utilize Elementor Pro features, including Theme Builder, templates, global styles, containers, widgets, and dynamic content.
• Implement custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery wherever required.
• Troubleshoot WordPress, Elementor, plugin, layout, and responsiveness issues.
• Optimize websites for performance, usability, cross-browser compatibility, and SEO-friendly structure.
• Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring consistent design and functionality.
• Create reusable website sections and components while maintaining design consistency.
• Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and deliver assignments within agreed timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of relevant hands-on experience in WordPress website development and design.
• Strong proficiency in WordPress and Elementor/Elementor Pro.
• Good understanding of responsive web design principles.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and custom Elementor layouts.
• Strong understanding of typography, spacing, alignment, color combinations, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Elementor add-ons, including Premium Addons or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of PHP and WordPress functions.
• Familiarity with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and dynamic content.
• Understanding of SEO and website speed optimization.
• Experience with WooCommerce and e-commerce websites.
• Familiarity with Figma or other UI/UX design tools.
• Experience creating CSS/JavaScript animations and interactive website sections.
• Basic knowledge of Git or version control systems.

Design Expectations

The candidate must possess a strong visual design sense in addition to technical development skills. The ability to create clean, modern, professional, and user-friendly layouts is essential.

The candidate should be capable of improving design concepts, maintaining consistent visual styling, and developing engaging websites aligned with modern corporate, SaaS, agency, and business website trends.

• Can demonstrate personal contributions to previous design and development projects.

• Keeps up with current website design and development practices.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
