WordPress + CRM Integration Developer

Working As a WordPress/CRM Developer At Navtech, You Will

• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, including custom themes, plugins, and page layouts
• Ensure website performance, security, and responsiveness across devices
• Manage website updates, bug fixes, and ongoing maintenance
• Build and maintain lead capture forms and landing pages, ensuring smooth data flow into the CRM
• Own, configure, and maintain Navtech's CRM system — including custom fields, workflows, automations, and API level integrations
• Configure custom CRM dashboards, views, and automated workflows and alerts for leadership visibility
• Support sales/BD teams with deal stages, activity logs, pipeline records
• Ensure CRM data quality and hygiene through structured validation and clean-up processes
• Take up CRM development and automation-related tasks beyond standard configuration
• Onboard team members, create SOPs, provide training

Who Are We Looking For Exactly?

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, with strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience building and customizing WordPress themes and plugins
• Working knowledge of any CRM platform, such as Salesforce, or HubSpot
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms such as Zapier or Make
• Good understanding of CRM data structures and workflow automation
• Good debugging and troubleshooting skills across both website and CRM systems
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams
