Freelance WordPress Developer Required – Dubai

Custom WordPress Website Build | Fixed-Price Project | 2 Weeks

CP Medical Clinic, an established private medical clinic in Chelsea, London, is looking for an experienced Dubai-based WordPress developer to implement and launch our new website.

The Project

Our website has already been designed, and all content is prepared.

We have 17 completed HTML pages, including the homepage and service pages, along with brand guidelines, logos, images and written content.

This is an implementation and migration project, NOT a website design project.

We need an experienced developer to convert the prepared designs into a fully functional, editable WordPress website.

Scope of Work

• Convert the supplied HTML/CSS designs into a custom WordPress theme.
• Build reusable service-page templates using ACF or native WordPress blocks.
• Make prices, FAQs, clinicians, images, opening hours and other content easily editable by clinic staff.
• Implement all 17 prepared pages.
• Migrate existing supporting pages and blog content.
• Integrate Semble booking links, WhatsApp, contact functionality and CQC widget.
• Ensure full compatibility with mobile, tablet and desktop.
• Optimise website speed, accessibility, security and SEO.
• Preserve existing URLs and implement redirects where necessary.
• Set up the website on new hosting and manage migration without disrupting existing clinic email.
• Complete testing, launch and staff training.

Important: No Elementor, Divi, WPBakery or similar drag-and-drop page builders.

Project Duration – 2 Weeks

The complete project, including development, testing and launch, must be delivered within 10 working days of the agreed start date.

The timetable begins once all necessary source files, access credentials and agreed initial materials have been provided.

Final clinic photography may be supplied during development, with replacement of temporary images included in the agreed fixed price. The deadline for supplying final images will be agreed before commencement.

Applicants must be confident they can meet this schedule.

Developer Requirements

• Based in Dubai, UAE.
• Proven experience building custom WordPress themes.
• Strong PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and ACF skills.
• Experience converting existing HTML designs into WordPress.
• Understanding of hosting, DNS, technical SEO and website migration.
• Able to work independently and meet agreed deadlines.
• Available for a mandatory face-to-face handover in Dubai.

Day-to-day development may be carried out remotely. Regular progress updates and scheduled calls will be required.

Payment Terms

This is a fixed-price project, covering the full scope, launch, handover and support.

• 50% midway through development, following demonstration and approval of the working WordPress theme, core templates and content-editing functionality.
• 50% upon successful completion, after launch, testing, clinic approval and face-to-face handover in Dubai.

No advance deposit.

Payments are linked to satisfactory completion of agreed deliverables, not simply elapsed time.

Handover and Support

A face-to-face handover meeting in Dubai is mandatory and included in the fixed project price.

This will include training, demonstration of editing functionality and handover of all relevant documentation and access credentials.

The developer must also provide 30 calendar days of post-launch defect support, at no additional cost.

The developer must remain available during this period to resolve issues within agreed response times.

All website code, content, designs and accounts remain the property of CP Medical Clinic.

• Your fixed-price quotation in AED for the complete project, including handover and support.

No lengthy CV, recorded video, coding assignment or formal proposal required at this stage.

The full Scope of Work and prepared website files will be shared with shortlisted applicants.
