About the Role

Nologomedia is looking for a creative WordPress Trainee with basic knowledge of WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, and graphic design. You will work on website and design projects while developing your practical skills.

This is a three-month trainee position with a stipend of ₹5,000 per month. Based on your performance during training, you may be offered a regular employee position after three months.

The role is open to remote applicants and candidates who can work from our Kottayam office.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and updating WordPress websites.
• Create and edit website layouts using themes and page builders.
• Design website banners, social media creatives, and digital assets.
• Edit, resize, and optimise images using Adobe Photoshop.
• Update website content, images, and product listings.
• Check website layouts on desktop and mobile devices.
• Follow project briefs, coordinate with the team, and meet deadlines.

Required Skills

• Basic working knowledge of WordPress.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.
• Basic graphic design skills, including layout, typography, and colour selection.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• A suitable computer and reliable internet connection for remote work.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Elementor or other WordPress page builders.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or WooCommerce.
• Website or design samples from personal, academic, or freelance projects.
