WordPress Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:
We're opening our doors to a detail-oriented GoHighLevel Website Specialist to manage our WordPress website and expand our GoHighLevel funnels and course platform. The work ranges from routine site upkeep and security checks to creating landing pages and structuring course content in GoHighLevel. The person we need is technically sharp, proactive, and comfortable switching between website and CRM/funnel systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Look after the WordPress website, including setting up scheduled backups and running regular quality checks
• Keep an eye on site security and run basic vulnerability checks
• Track down and fix routine WordPress errors, plugin issues, and theme updates
• Publish new blog posts, videos, and other content to the website
• Build and maintain GoHighLevel landing pages for our online course offerings
• Load recorded course modules into the GoHighLevel platform and keep them well organized
• Set up and look after GoHighLevel automations and workflows connected to the website and course funnels
• Provide general backend technical support so everything keeps running smoothly
• Help coordinate upcoming website changes and course launches

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with WordPress maintenance, including backups, plugin/theme updates, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience building landing pages and funnels in GoHighLevel
• Understanding of basic website security monitoring and vulnerability checks
• Ability to upload and structure course content in a CRM/funnel platform
• Self-reliant, thorough, and steady
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting online course creators or coaching businesses
• Familiarity with content publishing (blog posts, embedded video)
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for custom website changes
• Experience with marketing automation workflows
