Essential FunctionsEssential Function

Exhibit competencies in the workplace as identified in the work plan.
Maintain 90% attendance or higher. Maintain positive behavior including, but not limited to, no 300-400 offenses and no more than two 200 level offenses during current school year.
Complete OSHA 10 General Industry prior to start of work placement.
Complete employability modules prior to start of work placement.
Follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision and guidance.
Be organized and structured with work tasks and meet all deadlines.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information.
Operate standard office equipment including a computer and assigned software.
