Responsibilities

• Provide account-related assistance through phone, email, and chats
• Track assigned tasks and help maintain timely completion
• Support routine account updates, documentation, and follow-up activities
• Work with internal departments to support smooth account workflows
• Ensure client and account information is accurate and properly recorded

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or account management experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and spreadsheets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
