Staying focused through a long stretch of calls is the main challenge of the job. People who need lengthy breaks between conversations rarely enjoy it. Training, mentorship, warm leads, and results based pay are included, along with tools that keep applications moving.

What You'll Do

• Dial households the same week they raised a hand.
• Explain what a given plan includes, and where it stops.
• Sort daily contacts so the busiest hours stay productive.
• Circle back with anyone who needed extra time before deciding.
• Fill out the application together, checking every answer before submitting.
• Set clear expectations about timing, paperwork, and what comes next.
