Work From Home Agent

The Role

This is a full-time phone-based role focused on speaking with individuals who have requested information about available coverage options. You will answer questions, explain plan details, review options, prepare quotes, and help complete applications.

The work is active and conversation-heavy. You will manage multiple conversations throughout the day, follow up with people who have requested information, and keep applications moving through the process. Compensation is performance based, so actual earnings vary based on individual results.

What You'll Do

• Follow up with individuals who have requested information.
• Explain available coverage options and answer questions about plan details.
• Review needs and provide information on applicable options.
• Prepare and discuss quotes based on the information provided.
• Follow up with individuals as they consider their options.
• Complete and submit applications with accurate information.
• Keep records and follow up on applications as needed.
• Respond to questions and clarify coverage terms when needed.
• Manage multiple conversations and follow-up tasks throughout the day.

• Comfortable spending much of the workday on the phone.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Able to explain information clearly without overcomplicating it.
• Organized and able to manage multiple follow-ups.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Able to stay productive without direct supervision.
• Professional, patient, and comfortable handling questions.
• Comfortable working with online systems, browser tabs, and basic computer tools.

Pay: $67,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
