Work-From-Home Agent - Warm Clients

What This Role Is

Your day starts with a calendar filled with households that have already requested information about coverage. Your job is to connect with these interested prospects by phone, stay organized, and make sure appointments, notes, and follow-ups are handled on time. New requests continue to come in without requiring you to generate your own leads.

There is no cold calling involved. You’ll receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, and a steady stream of people who have already expressed interest. Compensation is performance-based, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings as your results grow.

Day to Day

• Begin each morning by reviewing and contacting new coverage requests in your queue
• Present multiple coverage options and clearly explain the differences
• Guide households through the enrollment process and answer their questions
• Complete enrollment documentation with clients during the appointment
• Follow through promptly on any commitments or follow-ups
• Keep accurate records of conversations, outcomes, and next steps

Qualifications

• Comfortable handling consecutive phone conversations throughout the day
• Organized and capable of managing your own schedule and follow-ups
• Friendly, professional, and confident communicating over the phone
• Open to coaching and willing to apply feedback, especially during training
• Have a quiet, private workspace at home for client appointments
• Comfortable using email, web browsers, and basic computer applications
