About This Position

• This full-time remote role is designed for someone who enjoys helping families make informed decisions. Consultations are scheduled for you throughout each shift, and you’ll speak with families who have already requested information about their coverage options.
• You’ll take the time to understand their needs, explain available options clearly, answer their questions, and guide them through the enrollment process when they’re ready. Patience, clarity, and a calm communication style are essential, especially when conversations require additional time.
• You’ll receive comprehensive training, clear scripts, and ongoing support from a dedicated team. Compensation is performance-based, allowing your earnings to grow with your results.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with families who have requested information about coverage
• Understand their needs and walk them through relevant options
• Explain coverage details clearly and at a comfortable pace
• Answer questions thoroughly without pressuring or rushing families
• Guide qualified households through the enrollment process
• Follow up thoughtfully with families who need additional time to decide
• Ensure each family understands their options before moving forward
